FSG|Kevin Meyer
Kevin has twenty-five years of operations management and lean manufacturing transformation experience at companies ranging from Abbott Laboratories in the medical device industry to Newport Corporation in telecom photonics. He has started, built, and sold a specialty contract manufacturing company and is currently President of Specialty Silicone Fabricators, a 300-person contract manufacturer of silicone components for the medical device industry. He founded Superfactory, which later became Factory Strategies Group, in 1997.
Kevin is on the board of directors of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence as well as the boards of two startup technology companies. He writes daily about lean enterprise excellence on the Evolving Excellence blog, and is author of a book by the same name. Kevin has a BS in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
