Factory Strategies Group provides assessment and consulting services for small- to medium-sized manufacturing organizations. We generally begin with a detailed assessment of over twenty world class criteria, from which we develop a transformation strategy that is built on lean manufacturing methods. Although we occasionally provide direct training services, we prefer to help the client identify and partner with a trainer with specific experience with the client's industry and opportunities.

Our primary focus at this time is working with organizations to identify gaps and develop lean manufacturing transformation strategies.
